With a year like 2020 testing the mental fortitude of our citizens, the rates of depression and suicide have increased, resulting in an abundance of alcohol consumption and causing many to "fall off the wagon". Our panel shares in depth and very personal stories to help others understand they are not alone, and there are many outlets and opportunities to seek assistance.
