Today I wanted to talk about selling your home - and guaranteeing that sale.
So what makes us different from other agents when selling? We all know that everyone wants to get the most money in the shortest period of time. We want that for you too. To do that, we need to price the home accurately.
In our guarantee, we put in writing what we feel the market value of your house is. Once we agree on the price, we guarantee that we’ll sell for 100% of that price or we’ll pay you the difference. I don’t know many agents that will put that kind of guarantee in writing.
