In this episode, we talk to Dmitriy Gusakov, tech lead of Lido's community staking module. Dimi shares the path his life took to get him to crypto, how he found crypto, and what he's doing now.

He talks about starting working for Lido and researching and developing the CSM. He also addresses criticisms of Lido from the Rocket Pool community and others and talks about how the Rocket Pool community is a unique and strong crypto institution.
