Welcome to the Rocket Chiro Podcast. I'm Jerry Kennedy, and today we're talking about new patients. Specifically, we're answering the question: I'm a chiropractor—how do I get more new patients? If you're expecting a simple 'just do this' answer, this episode may challenge your expectations. The truth is, getting new patients isn't simple. It depends on your situation, your skills, and your resources.
In this episode, we'll unpack important considerations, your marketing options, and where to start. Don't fall for marketing gurus who make it sound easy. Be cautious and set realistic expectations. There isn’t one answer for everyone. What works for one chiropractor may not work for another. You don’t have to be balanced. Some marketing efforts will work better for you than others—and that’s okay. All chiropractic marketing falls into three categories: online, offline, and retention.
Your foundation includes your marketing message, website, Google profile, social media, and review strategy.
What are my skills, interests, and opportunities? This will guide your marketing choices. Sometimes you do things you don’t love to get momentum. But for long-term growth, play to your strengths. Just get started. It won't be perfect, but comfort grows with experience. Always test and tweak your approach. Take feedback seriously, but not personally. Be committed to excellence. Don't settle for being mediocre—even if you're making money.
