380: Should Chiropractors Use Care Plans?

The other day I saw a chiropractor who was bragging on their website about never doing care plans. Care was only provided on an as-needed basis. It made me think, Is as-needed the opposite of a care plan? Is avoiding care plans altogether what’s best for chiropractors and their patients?
