Payoff or Consequence, You Choose!

In this rereleased episode Andy and Steph talk about how constant behavior over time will either lead to a payoff or a consequence.  They discuss that whatever we consistently do will lead to a result.  Our actions determine if it is something we are excited about or something that leaves us wondering how we got here.  They also define the Natural law of Gestation and discuss how everything in life has a gestation period and that if we stop the process too soon, we will quit just before we reach success.
