In this new episode of Robotics for All Podcast by AV&R, we're excited to welcome Ghassan Elefrangy, the founder and CEO of Aerospace & Industrial Automation. Ghassan has a background in civil engineering, a passion for problem-solving, and quickly found his calling in industrial robotics. At AIA, he helps manufacturers and aerospace companies boost productivity through automation solutions.

Ghassan started his company, in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) because of the large growth of manufacturing and robotics within this group of countries. The group includes Bharain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arbia and the United Arab Emirates.

In this episode, we talk about the regions Vision 2030 plan and how it is driving the growth of manufacturing as the countries involved look to reduce their reliance on Oil and Gas.

Stay with us as Ghassan and Michael unfold the story of the GCC and their Vision 2030, their approach to robotics, manufacturing and technology. He gives us firsthand insight into an area of the world that is striving to transform itself into a great place to live, work and start a business.
