Episode description

A hedonistic house party pulsates in South London, to celebrate party-boy Mo’s 40th year. It soon spirals out of control and turns into a nightmare for mother of three Kerry-Ann. As the music throbs, partygoers indulge in a haze of never-ending drinks and drugs. The party reaches its peak, a sinister event unfolds in the shadows, leaving Kerry-Ann and Mo’s daughter deeply traumatised. As the night winds down, the warning signs are there, but will anyone even notice?

Roar is a podcast drama based on real life events. Following one mother’s mission to deliver justice for her child, it’s a story about family, heartbreak and revenge. But this is just one story. One broken silence. There are countless others.
