There's something about these woods. Something I don't like. They seem to be reaching out. Ready to pull someone in. Roanoke. We should never have come here. He had... claws for hands. No skin. His head was a... skull. The Lord works in mysterious ways. Maybe He sent this evil here, an enemy for me to vanquish. When I defeat it, the others will believe and turn to the pure faith.
The devil in the woods was coming for me, just as he'd come for the others, and now there was no one left to hear me scream.
