Welcome to Roadcase, a podcast exploring the live music experience!!  Billie Marten, who joins Roadcase from East London for this fun interview, just released her 3rd album, Flora Fauna, on May 21, only a few days shy of her 22nd birthday. It's a gorgeous, free-flowing album full of wonderful guitar rhythms and sonic surprises. Billie is actually a seasoned road veteran whose first real gig was at 12 years old when she played with a guitar she borrowed from her uncle.  Since then, she's played tons more gigs, and many of the super early ones with her Dad as her roadie and de facto manager. For Billie, it's been a true family affair and she credits her parents and others for giving her the unconditional support she has enjoyed and benefited from thus far in her young life as a performer.   Come join us for this fun and informative chat with Billie along with a few surprises.
