Jerimiah Mahan is a runner turned powerlifter, turned hybrid athlete. Jerimiah has a sub-70-minute Hyrox under his belt as well as a 500 lb deadlift and a sub-5-minute mile in one day. He is extremely knowledgeable about training for strength and in the episode we go into some extreme details about strength requirements, lifting rep ranges, and how to get the most adaptations in running and strength training.
