UNDIVIDED, Part 1: DO JUSTICE

July 12, 2020 UNDIVIDED, Part 1: DO JUSTICE On Sunday, July 12, we will begin a new sermon series called UNDIVIDED. I have been honored to collaborate with over 25 other pastors from Charleston area churches to make this a City-Wide Sermon Series. We’ll be taking 3 weeks in each of our churches to “unpack” the powerful Old Testament verse; Micah 6:8! That verse is actually Micah’s answer to a list of soul-searching questions the prophet asked himself in verses 6-7. Questions like, “With what shall I come before the LORD, and bow myself before God on high?” (When I read those verses I feel like I’m peering into the prophet’s spiritual journal.) Micah answers his questions in verse 8; “He has told you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you, but to DO JUSTICE, to LOVE MERCY, and to WALK HUMBLY WITH YOUR GOD.” Music courtesy of Hooksounds.com
