With Jesus in Paradise

Palm Sunday is the day we celebrate that Jesus peacefully rode into Jerusalem on a mission to save His people from the sin that holds them captive and make it possible for them to be reconciled to God. Shortly after his grand entrance Jesus was put on the cross between two sinful criminals. Jesus eventually promised one of those men on the cross next to him that he would be with Jesus in paradise. Where did Jesus go between His death and resurrection? What and where is Paradise and how can we go there, too?
