Episode description

It's officially 2022 and with the change of the calendar year comes a focus (maybe even a pressure) on setting goals for the coming year.  Initially the idea of doing this is exciting but quickly that excitement gets replaced with anxiety. Throughout your career you've been conditioned that effective goals need to be SMART. What happens if you sit down to work on your goals and realize you can't think of anything? Or you only have a goal but no idea how you even achieve it or where to start?

On this episode, I share an alternative way to approach setting goals and share one of THE biggest things I've learned from the guests of this podcast that has enabled them to set and exceed their most ambitious dreams. Enjoy!
