An UPLIFTer is someone who Unboxes someone's potential, gives authentic Praise, Listens wholeheartedly, intentionally Includes this person, Features this person when they have an opportunity, and Trusts that this UPLIFTing will manifest in this person even if the results aren't immediately apparent.
