What does born again mean to you? I'm Adam from Ripley's.com and this is your Weird Minute. Margaret Bomer gave birth to the same baby twice. Her daughter, Lynn Lee Bomer, developed a sacrocodial teratoma while in the womb. A rare tumor, doctors still aren't sure what causes them, but do note that girls are four times more likely to have them than boys. In most cases, the growth is harmless, but for the Bomas, it was bigger than the fetus.

The tumor was sucking blood away from her small body, overtaxing her heart. Doctors feared she wouldn't make it, but decided on a risky procedure. Just 24 weeks into the pregnancy, surgeons removed little Lynn Lee to save her life. Sliding out just her legs and torso, they quickly removed the tumor from her one-pound body. 12 weeks after the operation, Lin Lee was born a healthy baby. She was successfully returned to the womb after a successful operation.

Her heart did stop during the C-section, but doctors had expected it and were prepared to resuscitate her. Today, she's three years old, but believe it or not, she celebrates two birthdays.
