Episode description

Listen up, Dolls! This week David and Joel throw back to the second half of the 00s with the cabaret burlesque act-turned-best selling girl group: The Pussycat Dolls. The cover; boss entrepreneur and choreographer Robin Antin creating the group, the switch up from cabaret act to Interscope Records recording artist, the immensity of ‘Don’t Cha’, the incredible debut album "PCD", Joel seeing the Dolls live multiple times and meeting them, David and Joel’s embarrassing ‘pop-up performance' stories, the anticipation and dissolution of "Her Name is Nicole", the "Doll Domination" comeback, and the Dolls' fabulous final singles ‘Jai Ho!’ and ‘Hush Hush; Hush Hush’ towards the end of the decade... and our hopes for the Pussycat Dolls in 2019.
