The road to self love is a journey

Louise Jones tells her story of how she fell apart to put herself back together as a much happier version of herself.  Self love and higher self worth were the result of years of bad decisions and going against her intuition.  Her divorce uncovered the true nature of those bad decisions and so started a self development journey leading eventually to deep fulfilment, satisfaction and self love. She talks how is it NOT necessary to fall apart to fall in love with yourself. It doesn't have to hit rock bottom to see how good life can be. Our visions are our higher selfs' way of guiding us towards that which will allow us to lead a more fulfilling life. They are shown to us be followed and to enable us to claim them as ours.
