RTM 256 - Halloweentown (1998)

Spooky Season continues. We return to the world of Disney Channel Original Movies by taking a trip to Halloweentown. The story of a young person finding out that they're from a family of magic users and has to fight a powerful magic user who wants to take over the world. Where have I heard that before? But this one has Debbie Reynolds in it, so that's a plus.
