Hello, and welcome to the RevThinking podcast. I'm Tim Thompson, RevThinking owner and podcast host. Many of you might not be familiar with the fact that RevThinking is actually an abbreviation for Revolution Thinking. When I founded the company, I drew from the term revolution because it meant transformation, and I was fascinated by the phases companies went through and their transformations. In my own journey, I witnessed businesses growing from 20 to 200, 10 to 150, and then from 40 to 400 people.
My ambition was to guide businesses through these transitions, offering consultancy insights and navigation. For those of you unaware, revthink is currently experiencing its own transition, including changes to this very podcast. In the coming weeks, we're launching a new season of the Revthinking podcast. And this season, we'll delve into the transitions, plans, dreams, and exits of creative entrepreneurs.
