Forgiving others can be very helpful especially now. As we still observe caution in regards to Covid-19 it may be easy to cast blame or resentment on others who might have hurt you. With fear and suspicion being broadcast worldwide it may seem easier to hate or despise others who may have wronged you intentionally or not. Just like the quote, in the beginning, not allowing yourself to forgive will only compromise your own wellness. I encourage you to investigate forgiveness as a viable option for your wellness.
