Episode description

In today’s episode of Robert’s Corner, we dive into the importance of structure in regards to time and boundaries in regards to the current coronavirus situation we are all in. The structure regarding boundaries and time doesn’t mean you also flood yourself with the project that has been ignored. I encourage you to include them in your day but also look at times to connect with people digitally. Incorporate some fun time, too. Whatever balance that works for you. I find this has been helpful for my recovery, even before this whole coronavirus became global.

“It’s really clear that the most precious resource we all have is time.”

- Steve Jobs
