Episode description

In this episode, we’ll explore the key components of computer systems and how hardware and software work together. We’ll discuss hardware elements, including Input/Output (I/O) devices like keyboards and monitors, which facilitate user interaction. We’ll examine the role of processors, such as CPUs and GPUs, in handling data processing and controlling other components. We’ll also look at primary storage, including RAM and ROM, which store actively used data and instructions. Finally, we’ll consider secondary storage options like HDDs, SSDs, CDs, and USB drives, which provide non-volatile memory, though not all computer systems rely on them.
