Episode description

Let me know what you thought of this episode!

I often get the question, did my surgeon do the surgery right?

Why don’t I feel full? Sometimes it has to do with the composition of the diet, as many don’t feel full on the fluid phase. However, at various time in your WLS journey, you might notice varying levels of restriction/fullness.

I'm here to explain with you that there are many reasons as to why you might find various levels of restriction. It is completely normal! Do your best to keep the food diary and be curious about your restriction day to day.
