Success after weight loss surgery is classed by some as the number on the scale. But, weight loss surgery provides so many more benefits and non-scale victories beyond the number on the scale.
In today’s conversation, we are going to go through some non-scale victories that you might like to focus on instead of the scales after your weight loss surgery. We do know that just focusing on the scales can make you feel like you’re not doing enough or you feel frustrated, particularly because it is out of your control.
I encourage you to try reflecting on your own non-scale victories. Keep them in a place that you can see so when you feel despondent about the scale number, to remind yourself about all the victories you have achieved.
