Ian Millar is a Senior Lecturer in the EHLâs Business Creativity department. He is a Certified Hospitality Technology Professional and a frequent speaker at international IT conferences. He is also the author of numerous articles on hospitality technology. Ian is an advisor to various hospitality technology companies and was a member of the hospitality industry panel for the Singapore Tourism Board, which advises hotels in the region on best practice in the use of technology. He is also a mentor for the Metro Accelerator programme, advising various hospitality technology start-ups. He is currently on the advisory board of HITEC Amsterdam, which organises Europe's largest hospitality technology conference. Heâs been recipient of the 2020 Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) Paragon Award
