We had the pleasure of attending the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) ceremony for the Four Seasons Surf Club Residences and Hotel on Miami Beach, Florida. An amazing property showcasing the repurposing of the original property, green infrastructure features and new sustainable construction.
