Be the change you wish to see – Cathy Droz

Cathy Droz is a community treasure.

Professionally, she’s the founder of H.E.R. Certified, the industry's first comprehensive certified dealer program aimed at helping dealerships better serve female car buyers. She’s also the author of “A Woman’s Guide to Buying a Car with Confidence and Street Smarts.”

But she’s so much more than that. Cathy is generously donates her time and talents as a marketer, especially to organizations that have personal meaning to her. She’s co-founder of The Women 360. She serves on boards for organizations ranging from Silent Witness to the Phoenix Automotive Press Association, the Arizona Foundation for Women, and Hughes Performance Racing Equipment. She supports causes including autism, St. Vincent DePaul, fighting prostate cancer, Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock, the Girl Scouts of America, and Care Bears for Catastrophe. She volunteered to do marketing for the retired NFL players of Arizona.

The list goes on and on. And so does Cathy – giving back to the community she loves.
