We head to the world of mood lighting, stupid cops, and the poetry of a life of crime as we all enjoy the rhythms and aesthetics of Deep Cover! This one’s a pretty silly movie, but I mean that in the kindest way possible. Truly the early 90s could just get away with a corny earnestness in genre work that is sorely missed.
