Subconscious and Conscious Mind part 2

Today we continue our conversation about our mind, our will and our emotions. We think that the event (trauma) that happened to us was what brought the emotional damage, but, in fact, It’s not the event that brought the damage to our soul (although the event was traumatic) it’s the narrative we told ourselves about the event. Today we discuss Bethany’s life events that created a false belief about who she was and how she began to dismantle those lies and embrace the truth of who God says she is!
