B J Hill, Germaine Prat guys. Finally we're here, just three best friends getting to hang out and took a while. Um do you guys like that you get to do interviews together? Is this like a normal thing? I guess we do. I you seem kind of reluctant a little bit. We've done a couple together. I've seen them a little research before we get into things. I would just like to point out that Germaine, you're not wearing shoes. Is this a this is a choice of decision. I mean

he's got out of practice, you know. Okay, gotta let him breathe a little bit. Ya get that posture right, get the studding right, I get it, I get it. Um, okay, let's get into the romance between the two of you. Goes, Oh, where did it start? What was the first meeting between the two of you that you were like, you know what? I like this guy? Did it start off that way? No? It is best friendships? Don't We rolled earlier inc State? So we was early in roles. You know. Then he

was my roommate. He was right beside me. I didn't really why the guys he didn't clean up any years out to talk of paper. Oh damn. At least it wasn't like single plying. So how do you pay for you can use it? Right? I know, no exactly. No, See, you had to clean up after him? Was that like kind of the dynamic? Are you like the like the mom or the wife of the relationship? Not too gender everybody here, whoa, Now, I'm just saying that's what it's like between me and my husband. I had to clean

up after the bus all the time. No. I mean, I feel like I'll just clean out my mask, you know, my room. I've had my room cleaned up, but he did. He's just filthy. Did you guys like get into it much? If you're living together, that can make things a little bit tense sometimes. Were there's some arguments? Yeah, this is a little arguments, not too crazy, like who is better at you know Madden or okay, high school basketball? Somebody could never beat me in or you know this this

different stuff like that. That was the best in the room, your opinion, that's fact. So you know that was the best. What was it like for you guys to be reunited here with the Bengals. You know you've been on the Bengals previously with the Giants, both teams, You've been through the lower points on those for those seasons to join here with the Bengals as things are on the up and up. Is it something to do with like the magic of you guys reuniting here? Perhaps? Um, he sayd

it was. You know, he brought something over here. He brought something great. He brought greatness over here. But you know, I mean he was a great addition for us. You know that trade, you know, been in best trade in probably a decade or something else. Like most people will say, uh huh, I think it's pretty cool. You know, Ralph, I was getting trade. I didn't know where. Um. Then when I found out, I called him. I was like, I'm coming to play with you. Yeah. He was like, no, no,

you're not. I was like, I'll be there tomorrow in two days, packed my bags ahead. And then when I got here he showed me around. I felt like home for the first day. Where was the first place you took him? Where? It's like your Cincinnati spot when you're like, welcome, we're here. And since this is where we're going, what did you do? Well? I don't really got a spot because ain't no good food up here if you knocking out it. We got some good food. I like Jamaican food.

I like soul food. You know, they got at they got a sold secret spot, that smooth spot right there. They got some good catfish. I like that. But we we always last year to go to first watch a lot Germaine. Is it truly? You just got engaged? Yes? But how did it happen? Was the romance? I mean I've been the gage. You know, once you have two kids and we always together, we are engaged. You know, you are basically got the ring, you got everything. So basically you just you just do the that's a step

need necessary that a fulfilled woman. Did you put a little romance behind it? Was there like a whole? It ain't it ain't too big, you know on the two kids? Can't that's romance, that's love. You go through everything. No, that's true, that is very very true. Um. Okay, so you guys have been best friends for some time reunited here. Things are going well, Things seem like everything's going great. Um, what is the most embarrassing thing that you found out

about each other? Oh? That's I don't know. I ain't O don't no, because they're like a guilty pleasure, Like you're like flipping if you've put like his you know, is a Spotify on shuffle? Is something embarrassing going to come up? Or bad shows? You guys watch some guilty pleasures? No, no, nothing. I would say something myself. What about you? You You find anything out about Germaine along the years, give us a little scoop, a little something that like people wouldn't normally

know about Germain. He's like a snack freak. Oh, what's the snack of choice? Like any like any kind of like he loves cookies, like anything. You're talking like he's down for it. Okay, all right, what about for b J? It's like something that we just don't know about him. I don't know. He ain't I don't know. I really don't know. You don't have anything. Okay, well fine, BJ, moving back to you. Earlier in the season, you jumped into the stands and it didn't quite go as planned.

What happened, Well, when my teammates didn't help me, that's what went down, you know what I'm saying. So next time, hopefully this week, we can try it again. Yeah, and you know they can do a little puss up in me and I hope it's a little. The wall was pretty high. I didn't realize until you know, I got up too. I was like, yeah, this is Did you get any pointers? Afterwards? I did? They said you got

jumping people gotta like pull you up. But you know, this mass helping to pull me up is probably not going to work very well. Fair enough, fair enough, m let's talk the touchdown celebrations doing the rockabye baby. Where did that come from? What kind of inspired that? Um? I'm a Russell Westbrook fan. Um. I like the way he plays basketball, the way he attacks, like each game, his attitude towards it, and when he makes big plays he just brings it out. And yes, that's pretty cool.

So that's right, sto from I like it. I like it. How much do you guys have to like really change when you know, I mean obviously you know, going up against different teams every week? How do you guys change and adapt each week? What kind of goes into the game plan? Um? Different challenges every every week? You know, y'all step up, do your job? Do you one eleven? You know, stop their playmakers and trying to make them one dimensional? Yeah? Yeah, I mean like he said, it's

a challenge each and every week. We got a big tasks ahead. We're excited for it. Um, we just you know, going each each game excited, ready to make big plays and celebrate with our teammates, have fun, play with swag. I think that's who makes it so good. We played with so much swag and fun and so I think we do so well. But celebrations look like, oh no, we go. We don't have some you know, we'll map. We have a few. Actually we don't get a lot

of turned off for this week. Um, all right, between you two guys, who has a better style styles in like dressing fashion? Why we're just too different though, Like if you want to talk about like soups, you know your boy come clean every week. But if you want to talk about like you know, regular like street clothes, because I really don't care about the street clothes. You know, I'm more of a sweatpants type of dude. But when it comes to you know, Sunday's best, You've got it together, no,

no top of anything. I'm more bloody enjoying what what goes into putting together game day attire. That's kind of a big deal. I feel like, it's a big deal to me. I think I love seeing you guys put together for an outfit. Oh, well, you know, I got my own status. My fiance, Oh she put it together for you. Yeah, most of the times she put it together. Yeah, I'm just ask up. You like this, You're like, yeah, you should go with this and that. Is there anything

you don't like that? You're like, that's a hard pass. I will never wear that. I don't like suits during a game, you know, I hate it suits. I don't know why. I just don't like suits. Were suits the thing for you? You know, you're just good. You play good, you look good, you play good, you feel good. You just feel so clean. He's wearing street clothes, is like,

you know, you need street clothes. It's a fine line to walk though, because especially now, fashion has changed so much in the last couple of years, where like that casual style is really the it's the move. It's hard to pull off though, It's like a yeah, it's a little bit of a delicate balance. Was wearing a tiger shirt here a little too on the nose. No, it's move. I like it with a leather pants in the boots.

It works good, good, good. Good. What makes this team so special with what you guys are doing right now from last season into this season. What's making you guys so special right now? The loving connection we have for one another. You know, everybody, everybody is a one. We play one heartbeat. We just play together. You know. Offense is all connected. You know, everybody is selfless. You know, no matter whether success come from whoever made it bit played,

everybody genuinely happy for each other. The same on defense, you know, I probably make the play everybody happy, you know, So the love I say, Sam, like you was saying, it's no no pride. We don't let up. Probably in a way we don't care who makes it play. We just care if somebody makes it. Um. That's that's I think that's the big thing that you see in our

defense and shoot the whole team. Yeah, Like that's why we celebrate so much with each other, because we are really genuinely like excited for the person who made to play. What it's like the vibe like in the locker room between you guys, Because I mean from the interviews that I've been doing throughout the season, I know you guys got like the ping pong table in there. I know

there's a couple of different things that are happening. What are some of the other things to kind of keep that energy alive and to keep you guys bonding and keep you guys celebrating and whatnot. See more on the king point, like I'm good at it. He can't beat me. I just don't play as much as I used to. You know. Um, there's a little bit of cars going on, you know, just I think it's just just like the bonding,

just spending time with each other. Um, you can see people to stay a little later, like to spend that time instead of just shoot, just going home and you know, doing nothing said something that happens a lot on like other teams. Is it hard to find that true camaraderie amongst so many dudes? Um, I've been uh yeah another team. Yeah, I mean I've been on another place where you know, we it wasn't really like this. Um, so I can say that yeah yeah, Um okay, So for the romance,

how do we keep the romance alive? What kind of goes into the friendship? Would you look like your advice to other dudes A dude? Yeah, I mean, you gotta have a guy that's level headed. You know, had the same mindset, same had the same vision as one enough. You know, we came in college together. We had the same vision getting to the NFL now on the same team. You know, you gotta have a guy that can hold you accountable and push you and motivate you to get

better every day. That's what he does. But do you have to check your mane on sometimes to keep him motivated. He's always motivated. You know. I don't gotta check nothing. He's already already know we I'm about to get out of him each and every day, so I don't have to check now. He know he's gonna get out of me. So that's that's how we roll. I mean, we trained. We do a lot of stuff together. So we trained together. We live shoot fifteen minutes apart from each other back

at home. What kind of means you guys do together off like away from the away from the stadium. Oh no, he almost took me, took me out. We're not going there. Guy his land out there. So you know me, I ain't really he from like the country. I'm really from the city. So he I gott show him the country like a little bit. He took me to his land, right, so you know me, I really ain't being on the side by side, so I'm just smelling. It's on the side he's driving. I'm smelling. So he's talking about pray

you drive. So I'm like, we're gonna stop right there. We ain't gonna say with all heaven, but you know, you have to say we had a great time. They had a great time, a great time. We had a great tale. Shoeguns, rifle, dude stuff, dude country stuff. Yeah, so I'm trying to introduce him to that. So this whole season we're going to do even more with it. All right, go a little bit mudding, you know what

I'm saying, Get him a little dirty. You know, you gotta get a little dirty sometimes, get out there, get a little nutty, a little dirty. I got smell clean your frish. Fair enough, fair enough. I forgot those kids in that fiance. They don't have to have them smelling any of those bad smells. All right, guys, thank you so much. I'm glad that we finally got to hang out together. Really excited to see what you guys are gonna do the rest of the season. Continue to crush it.

Glad you guys are on that mojo, just killing things together. Thank you for having us
