How to Overcome Your Fear - With Joel Holc

Looking back in life and asking the question "How did I get here?" can open up the mind to being Aware. Joel Holc in his mid 40's asked this question and it brought him all the way back to the last day of school in first grade in Israel. As other kids were getting there diploma to move on the second grade, Joel learned he would be held back. In his mind, smart kids went forward and stupid kids were held back. That really was the beginning of the programming of his mind that lasted for decades.
Joel eventually started and ran succesful businesses but something was missing. He was diagnosed with a disabling disease as well. Through the adversity, Joel realized that Fear was the dominating factor in his life. This fear was causing all kinds of stress and issues with relationships and his health.
Although Joel's story is pretty amazing and unique to him, he indicates that we all have our own story of challenges in our lives. Hearing what Joel has learned can help us to be more aware of our own challenges in life and hopefully help us in our desire to be better.
