Season 1 of RELAX WITH ME is coming to an end. Hear me talk about why now and what's next! If you don't feel like listening to me chatting here's the short version: Due to "a-lot-on-my-plate" I will put this podcast on a little break so I can dedicate more of my time to the projects I currently am involved with. When done with that, I will be able to spend a lot more time with these podcasts that I enjoy a lot and you'll get some more guided meditations if you'd like that.
