Take a slow, gentle breath in and let it drift out softly, easily, as though your whole body is already beginning to let go. Now, imagine beneath you a soft pillow of calm, supporting you fully, cradling every part of your body. You notice the way it feels so gentle, so safe, as though it was made just for you, perfectly shaped to hold you with care with every in hell. You feel its comfort with every excel you sink a

little deeper, resting more fully, more completely. Your shoulders loosen, your back softens, your arms become heavier, as though the pillow absorbs any weight you carry today. And the longer you rest here, the deeper you settle into this soft, quiet calm. And as you continue to rest, the pillow beneath you feels softer still, almost as if it adjusts perfectly to every part of your body. It supports you fully, reassuring you that you are safe, that you can let

go completely. Each in brings more ease, Each breath out releases something unnecessary, a thought, a feeling, a tightness you no longer need. And the more you release and more comfortable you become, as though the pillow expands beneath you, endlessly soft, endlessly gentle. Perhaps you even imagine that a pillow is made of light itself, a warm glow holding you carefully, spreading through your whole body until you are surrounded by a cocoon of softness. And in this cocoon

nothing can disturb you, nothing can touch your calm. You are held, supported, safe, and now you sink even deeper into the softness, into the safety, as though your whole being is being carried by the pillow. Every muscle loosens, every thought slows, every part of you melts into comfort. You may imagine that the pillow grows wider, extending into endless softness, becoming a vast cloud, a sea of cushions, a bed of light, and you're floating on it, weightless, effortless, free.

Each breath takes you deeper into rest, Each moment carries you further into stillness. And so you may remain here, resting in the soft pillow of calm, or drift gently into a peaceful sleep, cradled, supported, deeply, relaxed,
