Speaker 1

Take a gentle breath in and let it float out slowly, as though the breath itself is already softening. You now imagine you are sitting in a quiet, cozy room, safe, warm, comfortable, and outside the window. You begin to hear the soft patter of rain, each drop tapping gently, a steady rhythm, calm and soothing, like nature's own lullaby, guiding you inward. As the rainfalls, you feel more at ease, as though every sound washes something away, a worry, a thought, a

Every drop of rain a reminder to release, every rhythm, a gentle signal that you can let go completely. And as the rain falls, you may drift with it into deeper silence, into softer piece. And so you may remain here listening, resting, or allow yourself to drift into sleep as natural as the rainfall, calm, safe, deeply relaxed,
