Speaker 1

Hello, and welcome to Jasonnewland dot com. My name's Jason Newland and this is a message for everyone that listens to my recordings, my podcasts or maybe on YouTube, just to let you know about my Facebook group. It is a private group, but everyone's welcome to join, including Vinnie, who's now sitting on my lap, which he doesn't normally do. I never know what he's going to do for one second to the next. Really he's doesn't. Yeah, he never sits on my lap, So there you go. He's doing

it now. So the Facebook group I started about six or seven years ago. Six years ago, it's been a while. It's been a while, and I don't I have many

people on there. I think it's two hundred and twenty at the moment, and I do mention it most times when I do a recording, but I've had a few people say that when they're laying down or listening to a recording, maybe they're listening to go to sleep, and that's not the right time to be for me to tell people about it, because they, you know, they can't really don't want to get up and go and then add themselves to the group or request to be added

so I thought I'd actually just do a separate recording, a very quick recording, even though it could be a lot quicker. But did you hear that whistle? Quicker? I can't say quicker without whistling, apart from just then when I did so. The group is called Jason Newland's Boring Group. Molly is the boss of the group, so she's the administrator. Hi Molly, if you listen to this. One of the benefits of being in the group is it's a place

where you can ask me questions. It's a place where you can contact me and have, you know, let me know how you're getting on which recordings are useful. And also once a week I do a Q and a Friday where I post usually on a Wednesday, any questions for this coming Friday is Q and A Friday. And it's although you know I do post all my stuff

on my website. When I post the latest recordings on Facebook on my Facebook group, it's just more of a let you know that they're available, and then I imagine people just go to Spotify or Apple or wherever you know you listen to your listen to my recordings. They're also available on the website as well. So you can search on Facebook for Jason Newland's Boring Group, or if

you just go to my website Jasonnewland dot com. There is a little banner at the top of the page on the right hand side which it's got a little image Jason Newland's Boring Group. Just click on there and I'll take you there and you could just request to join. I mean it's a private group, but you'll be accepted within you know, within a short time. That will be fine. And the reason why it's private is just to keep what people right and just you know, it's just not

available for everyone to just see. I mean, it's not really any reason why it needs to be private. Maybe maybe you should change it to be an open I don't know, but yeah, just join if you like, and then you can be part of a growing group. I mean, it's a small group, but it's kind of I don't want to use the word super fans, but people that join the Jason Newlands Boying Group on faithbook are potentially people that really enjoy what I do and listen regularly.

Now I know there's for every one person on the Facebook group, there's probably ten twenty thirty times that around that are listening regularly as well, just who aren't on the group. So I thought it could be quite nice to just based on the stats, you know, be quite nice to maybe get a few more people together. And that way you can let me know what you think and I can get more of a gauge of you know, what I'm doing and is and if what I'm doing

is actually useful, which is important feedback for me. So thank you very much. I can't believe in he's laying. He's now laying on my right leg and on the arm rest of the chair. He literally never does this. It seems happy, so hey, so thank you, take care Bye,
