The crew breaks down and reacts to the 4 different attachment styles: 1. Fearful Avoidant: People who both desperately crave affection and want to avoid it at all costs. 2. Anxious Preoccupied: People who tend to be very insecure about their relationships, often worrying that their partner will leave them, and thus are always hungry for validation. 3. Dismissive Avoidant: People who have trouble getting close to others or trusting others in relationships. 4. Secure: A person that can trust others and be trusted, love, and accept love, and get close to others with relative ease. The crew discusses some past relationships with people who fall somewhere on the spectrum of the attachment Styles list. Finally, the crew reveals the results of their attachment style quizzes.
