Welcome to Hiatus Week 3 . Even while I'm taking some time off , I wanted to continue showing up for you and pursuing my passion , which is to help people break free from societal norms and rethink everything they know about relationships .
I truly believe there's a new paradigm for relationships being birthed , one grounded in the concept and foundations of relationship diversity . So , to keep the conversations alive , I've taken a look back at my two years of episodes and noticed some exciting themes emerging .
Each week during my hiatus , I'll post a specially curated playlist of episodes centered on a specific topic curated playlist of episodes centered on a specific topic . Then you'll find links to those episodes in the show notes to help you dive deeper into areas that might resonate with where you are in your journey .
Let's continue exploring , growing and embracing the expansiveness of relationship diversity together . This week's focus is the relationship structure of solo amory , and I've got three episodes tagged for you in this playlist . The first is episode nine . Let's take a deeper look at solo amory .
This is the first episode where I dive deep into the structure of solo amory , a structure where a person authentically chooses to put the relationship with themselves first and choose to be single . This often stigmatized structure is a great choice for many who prefer autonomy and living on their own .
I also talk about how to bring aspects of soloamory into other relationship structures . The next episode I'm going to tag is episode 21 , conversations with Alana Israel about soloamory . In this episode , I talk with Alana Israel about her experiences with choosing a soloamorous relationship structure and why it works for her in this chapter of her life .
Hearing other people's perspectives are so important . We learn from others and we open our minds to new ways of being that might resonate with us . And the last episode I'm going to tag here is episode 77 , shattering Stigmas Surrounding the Choice to be Single with Jess Fry .
This is another episode hearing from someone who consciously and intentionally is choosing to be single , whether temporary or lifelong . Choosing solo amory is a legitimate and supportive structure for many people , and Jess is one of them . Happy listening and remember to stay curious .
