Episode 13 Tell the TRUTH

We have to stop playing the game of “suppression” and start playing a game of “getting real”. We are conditioned to be and think in particular ways that keep us stuck in our lives in situations that really don’t work for us. know in my own life I lied to myself in my first marriage about what it was and how it was all fine and ok and she was happy and it was ok for me to be just the producer the income earner . Now remarried for 23 years I know the truth that as a husband and father there is so much more I can and should do inside that role I must play. Stepping up and handling all the tasks I just do that’s the Frigging TRUTH. Particularly in our relationships but it flows across into business, investments, the bedroom, children, health and fitness. It’s time to break free.
