Edwin tells us about how he unearthed evidence of horrible child abuse and neglect, including children escaping day-care centers, staff abandoning children after hours, and one tragic instance of a toddler overdosing on cocaine found in a worker's backpack. And horribly, our tax dollars are funding these day-care centers.
