It is important to understand that you can change whatever you want, you just have to want change! People do anything for fame, money, and/or notoriety. You can eat badly, sooner or later you'll suffer the consequences. Overeating is gluttony and that's a sin. You lose weight the wrong way, sooner or later you'll suffer the consequences. The only thing that is going to help you is a changed mindset.

Hey, hey, hey, I'm back with something for you to think about. I know I'm not the only one who have seen all of the mug bans. Everybody wants to get on video and eat. That's fine. If that's what you want to do. It is your life. You do whatever it is you want to do. But what I think is terrible is when you have people who are doing these mud bangs, mug bangs, however you say the word, and they're obese and they're eating all of the food.

Bottom line is, guttony is a sin, period, whether you thin or whether you obese, Gluttony is a sin. A lot of people are doing these mug bans who are morbidly obese, and then those who are not obese, they're eating high you know, high fat. I mean a lot of fat, a lot of fat. It's not good for you. It is not healthy. You may be younger, but it will catch up with you sooner or later. It will catch up with you sooner or later. It's important what we put in our mouths, what we put in our bodies,

it really is. It is very important. But so many people are doing these mugbangs, eating all the wrong things. I mean, they look good. The food looks I mean delicious, ken deny it, but the quantity it's gluttony, and gluttony is a sin. If you didn't know, I don't know what people do to get rid of that waste once they eat it. If they're throwing up, that's not good. If you're taking laxatives, that's not good. But people are doing any and everything for money these days,

any and everything, and I just think it's terrible. That's just my opinion. Everybody gets to choose whatever they want. I just think it's terrible because people are not really thinking about their health. There's no way you're in taking so much sodium, I mean, it's not good. I've seen people eat like three and four pigs feet, I mean all types of fatty foods. I don't care what it is. Too much of anything is not good

for you. People are just doing all types of things. People are doing the same things all over the world because they see that it generates income. And I'm not, you know, knocking anyone for what they do. All I'm saying is to eat all of that food. It's not good. It's not healthy, and there is no amount of money that will make me do

that. There is absolutely no amounts of money that would make me get on a video and eat a whole lord of food, because see what happens is you stretch your stomach when you're eating like that, You stretch your stomach, so it takes a lot to fill you up. It's terrible, it really really is. But so many people are doing it. It it sends a bad message to the younger generations because you are seen as individuals who are making easy money. And I just don't think it's good. That's just my personal

opinion. People do whatever it is they want to do. You have a right. I'm just saying we should all be trying to be healthy, and you cannot be healthy eating all of the wrong things. You cannot be healthy and taking so much salt and sugar. It's just off the chain. And that's not good, especially for people, for everyone. Let's you know, let's get that straight, for everyone, for anyone. But when people are morbidly obese in there doing that, not a good look at all. And

that's not trying to be cruel or anything. But you're already having weight issues. Why would you eat like that? It is not helpful. Now, that's one thing I wanted to talk about because I'm seeing all of these muck bangs, and if I'm saying the word wrong, forgive me. But I'm seeing all of this and that it blows my mind that anyone would want to even eat that much. There's no way I would ever want to eat that much, even when I was eating a lot of meat and things like that.

Never. Never, Now I really care about what I put in my in my mouth, in my body. But that's one thing I wanted to talk about. Another thing I wanna talk about is people who taking these diet pills o zemple ozemple ozimpic, excuse me, ozimpic. I think it's called it's a diabetes medication. People have found that you can lose weight using it. Let me tell you something, I don't care who you are, how much money you have, how much money you don't have. Diet pills are

not good for you. Taking medication to lose weight is not good for you. It's not We all know medication is not good for you anyways, because it's supposed to help you for one thing, but it affects you also times. The side effects is worse than the symptoms you have. We all know that. So for people to start taking a zimpet for weight loss, you only you are only hurting yourself because number one, a lot of people taking

it and don't have diabetes. When it's a diabetic medication. Number Two, you can take the medication and you can lose the weight, but you're gonna have to keep taking the medication because to sustain and maintain what you've lost, your mindset has to change. How you think about food has to change. How you see food has to change. Most importantly, how you think has to change. People take dia pills all the time, and they get twice

as big when they stopped taking them. What happens if all of a sudden, ozimpic is recalled and you can no longer get ozimpic. What is gonna happen? People are gonna revert back to the way they were because their mindsets haven't changed. You think that's healthy. You can lose tons of weight, but you're damaging your body for weight loss when really losing weight is not that difficult. You just have to have the mindset to do it. I know because I've done it. I was never huge, but I was big enough.

I was big enough. I got to a size fourteen for a very short time. Then I went down to a twelve, and now I'm about a six. But I started gaining weight not because of well, regardless, I'm just gonna call a spade a spade. I don't care what medication you're on, which I was on a lot of cycles of a particular medication. But regardless of medication, I'm just gonna tell you, like it is, what causes weight gain is bending that elbows, bending those arms from plate to

mouth. That's what causes weight gain. It's not the medicine. It's you eating because the medicine gives you an appetite. But even on the medicine, we have to be able to to maintain and we have to be able to, you know, be aware of what we're eating, how we're eating, because I won't lie. When I was on some steroid medication, oh yeah, it was making me hungry and I was eating. That's how I gained weight Because I never was a big person. I was in the military.

I've always been active, but oh yeah, I let myself go for a little bit. But let me tell you this for a fact, that medication is no good for you, not as a weight loss supplement because if you don't change that mindset when you stopped taking that medicine or when that medicine started harming you, and you must stop taking that medicine, you're gonna gain all that weight back because your appetite gonna be suppressed the way it was, it

won't the medication suppresses your appetite. If you have to stop taking that medicine for any reason, your appetite is no longer gonna be suppressed. So you're gonna start finding yourself eating again because your mindset haven't changed. How you think about food han't changed, how you think about yourself having changed. But so many people ooh, it's just sad to me. It is sad to me the way people are because monkey see monkey do Oh did you know o zimp

it helps you lose weight? Oh, I'm gonna take oh zip. Everybody do the same things all of the time, whether good or bad, mostly bad, mostly bad. If you want to get to a healthy way and you want to sustain that, it is absolutely positively a must. It is a must. That mindset is everything. It is a must that it changes. How you think must change. You can do anything you want to do. You can change anything that you want to change in your life. If

that mindset changes, you can do anything. You can change anything in your life if that mindset changes. But a lot of people want that easy way out, They want to take that easy road. Then you want to boast and lie like you did it on your own, knowing you didn't do it on your own. We know you didn't do it on your own because we've seen your for years and years and years your gain weight, lose weight, gain weight, lose weight. Because you're doing it the wrong way. You're

doing it the wrong way. This goes for the rich man, the poor man, the better man, the thief, everybody, lidy ditty, everybody. When you do it the wrong way, you're not gonna have the results that are lasting. Some people want to say, oh, this is my body I did. You didn't do it on your own. You didn't do

it on your own, and you will not sustain it. You will not maintain that way that you have become accustomed to on the weight loss medication because you're not going to be able to maintain that if you are no longer to taking that medication. That's what people are not understanding. You can take a tool and do anything with that tool, but if your mindset han't changed,

it won't help. It's like taking therapy mental health therapy. You can go and get mental health therapy every day of your life, but if you are not changing the tools that are provided to you, the information is given to you, it won't do any good if you're not implementing that in your life, no good at all, because you'll take it for that moment and then right back to who you have chosen to be. So I'm not going to make this episode long. I just want to talk about it. Anything you

want to change, it has to start with a changed mindset. Your mindset dictates how you think, feel, in act, and if you don't change that, you're still gonna eat. See people think, oh now I have the weight loss pill. I can eat. I can eat because I don't want a lot of food, so I feel safe with this weight loss pill if I eat something because my appetite is not gonna be big. But all mess around and it's recalled or something going on in your body and you have

to stop taking it. Oh boy, now you're gonna revert back all that weight and some because that's the way God pills work. That's the way medication like that works. I wouldn't want to take diabetes medication period. You think I'll take it because it helps with weight loss, I don't think so. I don't like taking medication period. Anyways. My doctors tell me, oh, you have a hard head. Whatever. I don't like medication because I know it's not really good for you. I mean it helps you know what.

It has bad side effects. It has glassing, sometimes, plastic, all kinds of stuff that's harmful for us. But I'm not gonna get off into that. I wanted to come on here and talk about those mud bans, and I wanted to come on here and talk about people taking these diet supplements. I guess ozimpic is the new thing, but people have took all types of things and a lot of weight loss medications. They are bad for your heart, they really are. So if you want to know how I've

done it, I've done it through intermittent fasting. I fast all of the time, and it's like a lifestyle now to me. And I'm very aware and mindful of what I put in my mouth, very aware and mindful, and it's just easy peasy to me. It's easy peasy to me. You know things that I don't even want my mind. Try to tell me, Oh, you know you want that. No, I don't. No, I got this. I don't want that. I don't care how good it looks. I don't want it. When it's not good for me, I

don't want it. You have to get in tune with yourself, know yourself, love or your self. You must get that negative because a lot of people have negative self talk. You're feeling some kind of negative way about yourself if you're going to take diet Pius. So I just want you to think about it. No intended, no in judgment or anything on people who are

overweight, because for my height I was overweight too. Definitely for my height, I was considered as overweight because, as I'm assuredy, I was considered as overweight. But that's not the main point. When I was talking about mugbans, I'm saying people who are obese, and some people are morbidly obese, they're on there and eating all of that food. That's gluttoning, and that's not good. It's not healthy. Those mug bangs are not healthy.

I've seen some people eat very healthy things during the mug bangs, but the quantity, the amount that can't be good for anyone. However, you do what you want, You do what you want to do.
