Episode description

Many people are chaning their skin tone. Bleaching the skin is a big thing nowadays. People are bleaching and some are darkening their natural skin tones. The problem isn't the tone of a person's skin, the problem is the individual, who thinks the problem is their skin tone. The problems is much deeper than the surface of one's skin. Yet, many people think if they change their skin tones they will feel better about self, only to find they were wrong. If you don't work on what is bothering you internally it will continue to affect you outwardly. Mindsets have to change in order for lives to change. It won't happen no other way.

Hey, Hey, I'm back with something for you to think about it, and if you don't think about it, share it so someone else can think about it. I have talked about this before, but I want to talk about it again for those individuals out there, not just of my group of people, which man say is African, American or black. I don't like

neither one of those terms. But my group of people. It's not just for us, because I've seen Asian, I've seen all types of groups who are doing it, male and mill and I think it is so, so terribly sad. People are not loving who they are. That's where it starts from. You not loving who you are as a person. You not loving what's looking back at you in that mirror. Who's looking back at you in that mirror? You're not loving that person, So you're going and bleaching your

skin. I've seen Asian skin who just look pale. That is not cute. You already light skin what they call a white which there's no white person, there's no black person. But you're already of that skin color. But you are bleaching your skin to become more lighter, and you look sick. It's not cute. It looks sick like something is wrong with you physically. It don't look appealing at all. It looks like something is wrong, like you have a sickness. So those of you who are doing that to your

skin, it's not cute. It is not cute. It appears as if you have a sickness, something is wrong with you. That your skin color is unnatural. You was not born with that skin. It is unnatural and whatever you're using you'll have to keep using for the rest of your life. Some of those items causes cancer. It's not cute. Then you have people of my group who are using all types of skin product us to bleach their skin. It is not about your skin and your mind it is, but

it really isn't about your skin. It's about your mindset. Why in the world you think you need to bleach your skin. That's what it's about. That's where you need to find the root cause why you feel you need to bleach your skinning. A lot of those products have things in it that can cause cancer. And also it does not matter what you use. If you don't continue to use it, your skin is gonna go back to the natural

state. It's like a person who lose weight with diet pills. You'll lose the weight, sure, but you're gonna gain that back ends saying with using all of those different items on your face, you may get lighter skin, but let me tell you that's not your natural skin. It's not. So you will have to use those products for the rest of your life. And they have a lot of them out there are causing cancers. It's not worth it. The problem is you don't love yourself and you need to get to

learn how to love yourself. That is what you need to do. And this goes for men and women, because I've seen men who are beating their skins as well. It's terrible, absolutely terrible. Honestly, honestly, people don't realize how foolish they look. All of a sudden, they are light skinned. Who have told you that light skin is the best thing since chocolate? Look, who have told you that? Who have planted that seed in your head? Whoever it was, they are alive. They are a lie.

And it's so sad that people believe everything that society says. With Society is full of broken people with their own issues and messed up mindsets. That's who you following society. People make up societies all over the world broken people, because if there was a person of their own right mind, of a positive mindset, they wouldn't encourage you to bleach your skin. It's individuals with issues. I don't care if people telling you in the industry, oh,

you have to have light skin, that is wool crap. You shouldn't ever let anyone entice you into such foolishness because you look foolish. I'm just here to tell you you look foolish when all of a sudden, your light skinned, when people know your natural skin color is not what you're now presenting to the world, it's ridiculous. Love yourself, regardless of your skin tone. Love yourself. So let me say it again. Let me be perfectly clear.

It is not your skin tone that's the problem. You are the problem. You are your own worst enemy, your mindset. You're a prisoner to your own mind, your own way of thinking. When you feel that your skin have to be lighter, that's ridiculous. It's so freaking ridiculous and enmature. I mean, people are doing all types of stuff, putting stuff up their nose, I mean, just craziness. And I said this before on an episode you have. Some white people wanna be black, some black people

wanna be white. The white people wanna change their skin tone, the black people wanna be lighter or darker. I mean, it's just craziness. Your skin tone is not the problem. You are the problem. Learn how to love yourself. Learn how to love yourself. Stop trying to change your appearance, because guess what, you could change your appearance. It's all day long. You're still you. You're still that individual with those unresolve issues. You're

still that individual with that pain inside. You're still that dysfunctional individual. You're still that individual who don't love his or herself. You cannot convince me that if you lighten your skin or darken your skin, that you're gonna love yourself, you're gonna feel better about yourself. That is ludicrous. You can fake

and pretend that you feel good, but there's no way. You're looking in the mirror and seeing someone that is a stranger to you because you now your skin is a different color, so you're looking at someone who's a stranger to you. You can't feel good about that. There's no way, no way. You're a fake and pretend that you do. You can say you do, but no way in your heart you can feel good about that. You

have to go through that stream to make yourself feel a certain way. That's terrible, it's unfortunate, but it is definitely a major issue in this world. It really is. It's just like this plastic surgery praise. People literally are messing up their beautiful faces, messing their faces up, trying to look this way and look that way, getting botched surgeries on their faces and their bodies. When the problem is not your body your face. The problem is

you. You are not confident in your own skin. You don't love yourself, because if you did, there's no way you would put your body through that type of trauma. No way. I really really feel sad for people who are doing this to themselves. I wanna I want you to contact me and tell me what benefit have you gotten out of doing it? What benefit have you gotten? How have it changed you inside? I don't care how it may have affected your life. You may have gotten the doors open our

clothes, I don't know. But how do you feel on the inside. There's no way you can convince me you feel good about yourself looking at yourself. Three four shades lighter because I don't know who said light skin was beautiful and dark skin was not, but they lied. It's a lie. Beauty comes in all shades. And as I said at the beginning of this episode, I've seen Asians who have lightened their skin and they look horrible. And I'm not trying to down anyone them, make anyone feel bad, but I'm

just serious. That looks ridiculous, that pale, ghostly look. That is not cute. Under no circumstances. It's not. And think about what you're doing to your skin, because your skin is the largest organ on your body, and you're putting all of those chemicals inside of you. You're putting them on your skin, but it's in. It's in, uh, it's being absorbed inside and a lot of it directly into your bloodstream. You think that's good, sooner or later, you will suffer the consequences of doing so.

Sooner or later, guaranteed, because you're doing something unnatural to your body. Unnatural, you put in a foreign substance on your skin, the largest argument of your body, and it's exhorbed inside of you. Sooner or later, you're going to suffer the consequences of that mess. That you're putting on this skin. People are putting it on this skin. People are taking medications, people are putting up their nose, all types of things, killing yourself slowly

but surely, because you're doing something unnatural. You need to learn how to love yourself. You need to deal with whatever it's causing you to hurt, whatever is causing you to not like yourself when you look in the mirror, whatever is causing you to think that because your skin is a certain tone and you're not beautiful, you're not worthy anyone who think that of you. You don't need them in your life. I don't care who they are, because

they have issues too that they have not resolved. If they think like that, I don't care if it's your friends or or whoever, because that is wrong. It is wrong. And I guarantee all of these people who's lightening their skin and all of these foolishness, they still are not happy inside. They still don't love self. I don't care how cute some of you think you are, or how handsome some of you think you are, and you currade around and give right around, as if you're so happy. It's a

lie. If you have to do those kinds of things. You are not happy with yourself. You're not happy with the skin God gave you. If you have to go around lightening your skin or darkeniness, you're not happy inside. You're not so you could purade around actingness if you're so happy. It's a lie. Coming sense tell us it's a lie. Anybody with any sense that all know it's a lie, because people who love themselves don't do that. They don't go to the extreme of changing their skin tone. You can

change it all you want to. It is unnatural. It is unnatural. So you need to stop listening to people who have like minds like yours, and start figuring out why you feel the way you do about your skin. I don't care what your mama told you, your daddy told you, your friends, family, other people. You have to learn and love yourself. What your dark skin or what your light skin, or whatever color skin you have. You have to learn and love yourself. People see me and they

think I have such nice skin. I don't trust me. I do not. I don't know why people think I do, but I don't. Or if you use that mirror on me, you'll be like, oh Lord, my goodness, yes, my skin is not what a lot of people think it is. When I take pictures, all my skin looks so creamy and pretty, but it is not. But guess what, it's my skin. I love me. It's who I am. Yes, it's changed over the years, being in the sun and all of that, but it's me.

And I'll be dog gone if I put some cream on my face to light me or whatever. I'm good. I'm I'm Carmel. I assume Carmel. Maybe a little light with the caramel. But let me tell you, it don't matter. It does not matter. I protect my skin as best as I can. But let me tell you, I will never, ever ever try to light my skin more than what it is. I don't care. If I was dark skinned, I would not. My mom was much darker than me. I have sisters that's much darker than more. None of them

are trying to lighten their skin. I mean, it's ridiculous. You gotta learn to love yourself. You gotta get past whatever pain it is that have you in the mindset that you're in. You must that's the only way healing occurs. You have to deal with that pain. Why you feel that you have to change your skin tone. Who told you that nonsense? You should

have listened to them at all if they're telling you foolishness like that. If you if you are being told you can't get a job because your skin tone, you need to under that another way because that's discrimination and you need to handle that a different way. You should never ever allow anyone. I don't care who he is or who she is. You should never allow anyone to make you feel less than or that you're not good enough, because you are

good enough, but you have to believe it. You're uniquely made and you shouldn't let anyone make you feel otherwise. Anyone who tries to they have their own unresolved issues. Do not let them put their unresolved pains on you, because that's what people do all the time. They project their pain onto others through words and actions. But it's up up to you, it's up to me if we allow people to do that to us. I definitely don't don't won't no way. You know a way. I know hurting people when I

see them, even when they trying to fake the funk. You have to learn your love yourself. Whatever happened to you, you have to accept it. Whatever it was was done forgive because forgiveness is for you. It's for you to get past it. Learn to love yourself despite of what your mom said, your dad said, your sisters, your brothers, your cousins, your aunt's, uncle's, granddad's, friends of the family, friends, other people, regardless of what anyone done or said. You have to learn to

love myself because this is your life. It's not your mom's, your grandma's, your dad's, your kids. It's your life. You only get one. Stop allowing people to hold you back. Stop allowing people to make you feel bad about yourself. You learn to love you for you, not anyone else. People have to learn to love themselves for themselves, and you have to learn to love yourself for yourself. People are dead and in their graves

because of foolishness like this. They want to get nipped and tucked in, cut here and down, and all of the foolishness, and they end up in their graves. What was it worth? It surely was not worth death, But plenty have gone to their graves behind foolishness because they didn't love self and they thought by altering their bodies that they would feel better about themselves.

Only they end up in their graves. And there are plenty who have altered their bodies who still don't feel good about themselves, feel even worse because a lot of them have watched surgeries. There are a lot of people who just look totally, totally different, and they don't know that person staring them back in the mirror anymore. It's scary. So again, the problem is not your skin tone. The problem is you and your mindset. So figure out why you feel the way you feel. Work on that. Learn to love

yourself. I've told you before. Every day I look in the mirror, I say, hey, I love you, girl, You're beautiful. I don't care if my hair sticking up on my head or whatever is going on. I say I love me before my feet hit the floor. I give thanks to the Good Lord and gratefulness for all that he's done for me.

After that, I'm like, hey, I love you. It may sound corny, but hey, no one, no one, no one, no one, no one, no one will ever make me feel less than There are no words a person can say to make me feel less than about myself. So you have to get to that point that you can't let group of people break you and that is those that cause pain and hurt from the past because too many people are holding knowing to that negativity that they should have let

go years and years ago. So just no, it's not your skin tone that's the problem. You are the problem. You're in your own way, your mindset. You become prisoner to it. You've let people bamboozle you into thinking you need to change your skin tone. You're unhappy with yourself. You're you don't have no peace in your mind because you don't love yourself, and you have to get to the bottom of it in order to heal. You

got to deal with it. And that's all I'm saying on this. I may not mention this title or subject again because I've talked about it a little bit before, but I just the things that I'm seeing disgusting, horrifying, horrifying. I saw a video of this one lady. She's trying to tell people all of these things to do with their face, to massage their face. But I'm looking at her, I'm like, lady, you trying to tell people what to do with their face when you need to really be doing

something with yours. You look sick. Your face is grave because as you bleach your already what they call white skinning looks ridiculous. Lord Jesus Jesus, we need you desperately. But that's all I'm saying. I'm leaving it right there. Thank you for listening. Please share. People need to hear it. Whether they like it or not, they definitely need to hear it, and I hope people take heed. Also, you can go to my other

podcasts and check out relationship Chronicles. Share it. Thank you for listening. Much love to each and every one of you. I end every episode the same, and I hope Lord have mercy. I hope and prayed that you do it. Think on it.
