Transcript

Welcome to Regenerative Spaces, a podcast that explores holistic and sustainable paths towards thriving in the fields of agriculture, education, spirituality, and beyond. I'm your host, Stacey Paliche. I'm a regenerative farmer living and working on a 300 -acre avocado ranch in Santa

Barbara, California. After all my years studying the damaging impacts of our conventional modern school systems on entire ecosystems of students and teachers, I shifted my focus more seriously towards ecology and the environment around 2018. As I learned everything I could about replenishing the soil beneath our avocado trees and making bold new choices accordingly, I began to replenish my own body and spirit too. All of this led me to a realization I want to share with you today.

Climate change is an inside job. We can only start to heal ourselves, our soil, and all the ecosystems in which we find ourselves when we show up with fresh beginner's minds, relinquish our fear of getting it wrong, and pursue care and connection above all else. This podcast is an invitation to you. to do your own inside job too. Maybe you're growing tomatoes in a pot on your balcony, or maybe you're running a farm, or maybe you're just generally nature curious.

No matter where you're at, I'm hoping that these conversations will help you discover more paths forward. Let's get curious together and ground ourselves in the sorts of regenerative spaces where abundant possibilities abound.
