The Physical or the Spiritual- What's more important?

Questions we discuss: What is the stuff/essence we humans are made of? The body or the spirit what's more important? Are we made of 3 parts(Trichotomy) body, soul, spirit? Or just 2 parts Body, Spirit/Soul (Dichotomy)? What are the dangers of believing we are a Trichotomy? In the bible do soul and spirit mean the same thing? How should the worship in our services be balanced with both strong emotions and deep intellectual thinking?
