Episode 1: Students of the RISE Program, pt. 1

Manuel Padilla leads a conversation between students in the RISE program at David Douglas High School in Portland, OR. These young immigrants and refugees had just seen Portland Art Museum's exhibition, "Common Ground", which features photographs of immigrants and refugees taken by Fazal Sheikh. In this episode, we learn about the students and get their initial impressions of the photographs.
