Crazy Moose - Pall Fell Over The Earth/Side Two

CRAZY MOOSE - PALL FELL OVER THE EARTH/SIDE TWO 2 new songs I recorded on 2nd September 2019. These were just my rough mixes I made that night and exported as mp3s to send my friend Dom (a very cool guy who Did Brexit). I forgot to save the master files so I can't really go back and edit these recordings - I do want to make changes, but I'll have to record them from scratch. And 'Side Two' is kind of throwaway anyway - just a spur-of-the-moment attempt to channel, well, side two of Neil Young's On The Beach, my favourite album of all time. 'Pall Fell Over The Earth' is kind of about the advent of neoliberalism and the sickening spell it cast over the land. Suggested listening to get an idea of what informed it: Bruce Springsteen - 'Adam Raised A Cain' and Magazine - 'Shot From Both Sides' (single mix!) If indeed a second Crazy Moose record does emerge in 2019 (14 songs have been recorded for it so far) I'll hopefully have re-recorded 'Pall...' and maybe even 'Side Two' and, if that happens, it won't be a case of 'Shot From Both Sides' where they cleaned it up for the album and fucked it all up.
