In May 1999 a scared 14 year old girl walked into a Hong Kong police station and told the confused officers that she was being terrorised by a ghost. At first the police didn’t take her seriously, but then she elaborated that the reason this ghost was haunting her, was because she had helped to torture a young woman named Fan Man-yee to death. The girl then led police to a flat in the city, and what they found there shocked even a nation going through an already unbelievably violent decade...
