Episode description

OP was walking her dogs with her foster sister at the park when a man passed them, said hello, and kept on walking. He then came back around and kept passing them, saying hello, and each time a bit closer than the last. They decided to leave as they didn’t feel very comfortable about this creep, but realized as they were driving home that someone was following them.
