OP and their friend went out exploring the woods, thinking they knew the way, but as they went on, they suddenly realized the wild life had gone terribly quiet and they got a horrible feeling that they were being watched. They ran from what looked like the silhouette of a man until they got to a clearing where they finally felt safe. Or so they thought.
