In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, the House for the first time Wednesday approved a war powers resolution that would halt the U.S. military action against Iran, defying President Trump as a handful of Republicans joined with Democrats to end the three-month-long conflict that has reordered politics at home and abroad. Going back to the rulebook, we are reminded that these resolutions are non-binding and will never ultimately trump Trump's power as President in this matter.
